Mauritanian refugees wait in Senegal
Narco-killing spree in Tijuana, Culiacán
Police discovered the tortured bodies of six men in an empty lot in Tijuana, bringing the total found over the weekend to 11—including the corpse of a woman found in a barrel. In Culiacán, gunmen assassinated a Sinaloa state police commander and five others. Two were decapitated, and two found with a "narco-message" from Manuel Torres Félix AKA "El Ondeado."[more]

El Heraldo de León, a newspaper in the central Mexican state of Guanajuato, released two graphic videotapes showing police agents from León's Special Tactical Group (GET) torturing other agents during training sessions. [more]
